Hydraulic unit and piston systems designed to deliver high performance, safety, and comfort together in hydraulic elevator systems are manufactured using advanced engineering solutions. The speed control manifold allows upward and downward movements to be adjusted independently, and each component is assembled in a way that enables safe and easy adjustment. With rear or side, direct or indirect installation options supporting a wide range of piston dimensions, our systems can be easily integrated into different building types. Their electromagnetic structure fully compliant with CE standards, PTC thermistor for motor thermal protection, and oil temperature control feature provide long-lasting and reliable operation.
The unit and piston group consists of GMV and Kleeman brands of Italian and Greek origin.
Our Hydraulic Power Units
Featuring a dual-body tank structure, motor-pump unit, silencer, valve block, and valve stoppers, our hydraulic power units deliver high durability and quiet operation. Offered in two sizes—1.1/4 (210 L/min) and 1.1/2 (430 L/min)—the units are suitable for a nominal speed of 1.00 m/s. Equipped with double-speed electromechanical or electronic valve blocks, our systems withstand a maximum static pressure of 45 bar. They are fully compliant with EN 81.2 and A3 standards.
Hydraulic Pistons
Hydraulic pistons are manufactured in a diameter range of Ø60 – Ø150 mm and operate at a minimum pressure level of 45 bar. They are designed for direct (1:1 side or bottom push) and indirect (1:2) applications and comply with the EN 81.2 standard. Produced with reliable sealing, high strength, and precise workmanship, piston systems provide optimum solutions for all types of hydraulic elevators.
